Remote switch – Automatic or Manual
A water level control switch lets you control a pump, valve, or signal light by opening or closing a circuit based on the water level. Depending on what you’re controlling, an external relay, contactor, or other electrical module may be required.
The remote switch is an add-on for your Aqvify that acts as a remote relay switch, letting you remotely control a pump, valve, or other equipment – either manually through the app or automatically based on the water level in your well or tank. It works from anywhere in the world, as long as you have an internet connection.
Set the levels at which your water level control switch should start or stop your equipment, and Aqvify takes care of the rest.

How It Works
- Connect the included cable to the Aqvify box and to your external relay and contactor — the same relay used by Aqvify’s remote relay switch
- Choose Manual or Automatic level control in the Aqvify app. In automatic mode, set the water levels at which the switch should open and close – Aqvify handles the rest automatically
- The remote switch opens or closes the circuit based on your setting

What’s Included?
- 3-metre cable with a connector at one end that plugs directly into the Aqvify box, and two open wires at the other end for connection to your equipment
Important information
- Potential-free (dry contact) output – rated 0–48 V DC, max 0.5 A. Acts as a remote relay switch, opening or closing a circuit on and off. Does not supply any voltage.
- For remote pump control, an external relay and contactor are required
- A manual bypass is recommended to allow control of your device in case of any malfunction
- Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with local laws and regulations
