Exporting data to Excel
Those who want to analyze their well/tank data in Excel can easily make a data export.
- Go to aqvify.com in your browser and click on the login icon at the top right of the menu.
- Log in with the same username/password as in the app.
- Click on Export data at the top
- Select the type of data and time span – and click Export. Detailed explanations of the data can be found on the page.
Integration with Home Assistant – available for testing!

Home Assistant is free and open-source software for home automation designed to be a central control system for smart homes. It can be accessed through a web-based user interface by using companion apps for Android and iOS, or by voice commands via a supported virtual assistant such as Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa.
By integrating with Aqvify, you can use water level data to control tasks like managing water pumps and irrigation systems…or even triggering alerts, such as signaling when it’s time to exit the shower 😜. Home Assistant offers a vast selection of more than 2500 available integrations(!) to enrich your smart home setup.
The integration is currently being approved by Home Assistant, but can now be installed as a “custom component”. Contact us if you want to be one of the first to test it!
Invite more people to your Aqvify – easily
Up to five users with their own accounts can join the same subscription.
Simple. Ask your friend to download the app and register an account. Then go into your Aqvify app, select Profile and click on your well. There, select Users and Add new user. Then follow the instructions on how to share a connection code with your friend. Done!
